Thanks to direct integration into the POS system, the Technical Security Device (TSE) from Diebold Nixdorf offers a high level of availability and reliability and is therefore absolutely independent of external infrastructure. With its universal form factor, the USB TSE enables easy use in almost any modern POS system. A full seven-year certificate period offers a further enormous advantage, as maintenance and installation intervals are reduced to a minimum in addition to the TCO.
The versatile service tools of the TSE allow easy querying of current signatures and availability - even via remote access. The security module, memory module and digital interface are combined in one unit and support up to 10 million signatures. Thanks to 384-bit encryption, the Diebold Nixdorf TSE also offers an even higher security standard than the official specifications from the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI). Data is exported in TAR files in accordance with the German Cash Register Security Ordinance. These can be stored on the TSE for up to 10 years without any worries if they are stored properly.
