With the CONNECT starter set pager, ratiotec offers a simple way to significantly facilitate self-collection at a dispensing counter. The set consists of ten CONNECT pagers with base and silicone sleeves as well as a CONNECT box including repeater, which acts as a router. If more than 10 pagers are needed, another set with 10 pagers may be ordered without any problems.
This is how the CONNECT Starter Set Pager works: When an order is placed, a pager is assigned to the customer or guest. As soon as his order has been successfully carried out, he is notified by mouse click. To ensure that the customer notices the notification even in noisy surroundings, the pagers have an acoustic signal as well as a visual signal and vibrate. This system avoids long queues at the serving points, as the customer is informed directly when his order is ready to be picked up, even in the outdoor area, and orders are assigned in a targeted manner.
