Description
The BOTLR from Labelmate is a bottle labeller for labelling glass bottles with a diameter of 13 mm up to 120 mm. It handles one or two labels as required, transparent labels, a second label with different dimensions on the same label roll, two labels with different gap sizes and labels in special shapes and thicknesses. In addition, it takes label rolls with a diameter of up to 300 mm and collects the liner again after labelling.
Thanks to its patented technology, the BOTLR automatically calculates each bottle diameter and applies the labels exactly 180° opposite or at any desired position. Optionally, the labeller may also be connected to a thermal transfer or colour inkjet label printer, thus converting it into a print-and-apply station.
