Description
The BIXOLON BK3-31 is a compact, flexible and self-contained built-in direct thermal printer for self-service machines. It achieves a maximum print speed of up to 250 mm per second at a resolution of 203 dpi and delivers high-quality prints of text, graphics and barcodes. The BK3-31 supports media rolls of 80, 102 and 120 mm in diameter and various media widths of 83, 80, 60, 58 and 20 mm – for a variety of printing applications from wide lottery tickets to narrow tokens. Thanks to the BIXOLON Unified Utility, it also offers a paper-saving mode that saves up to 25 % paper and reduces CO2 emissions.
With its compact and lightweight design, the BK3-31 supports a range of installation options in vending machines. Its seamless paper feed with additional roller tension, multi-position sensor for easy end-of-paper monitoring, removable bezels and adjustable media width frame allow it to be customised for different types of vending machines. It also comes with USB 2.0 and serial as standard and optional Ethernet.
