Description
The Newland FM60 Cubera AI is a built-in scanner that combines modern AI technologies with robust fixed installation technology. Using AI-assisted UIMG and AI-powered barcode detection technologies, it reliably captures even damaged, reflective or distorted barcodes. Thanks to its 1,280 x 800 CMOS sensor, an medium-sized scan window and a wide 65.6° x 44.6° viewing angle, the scanner recognises barcodes even when products are held very close to the window or in motion. The integrated OCR function enables precise reading of ID data and documents.
The multi-core processor ensures fast and stable decoding, while six status indicators provide information about the operating status and read success at a glance. In addition, the FM60 Cubera AI is extremely versatile – it recognises all common 1D/2D barcodes, Digimarc and postcodes. It is easy and quick to integrate via USB or RS-232. Thanks to its IP52-certified housing, low weight and wide temperature range, it is ideal for use in kiosks, self-checkouts, ticketing and industrial applications.
