Description
Description
The Zebra FS20 is a high-performance fixed industrial barcode scanner designed for manufacturing, warehousing and logistics operations. Integrated industrial protocols, including Ethernet/IP, PROFINET and Modbus TCP, ensure seamless connectivity with existing automation and control systems. Power is supplied either via Power over Ethernet (PoE) or an external power source, helping to reduce installation complexity and cabling requirements. To deliver exceptional reading performance, the FS20 combines Zebra’s PRZM Intelligent Imaging, Auto-Tune and ImagePerfect technologies. This advanced technology suite ensures reliable capture of 1D, 2D and DPM codes, even when barcodes are reflective, damaged or otherwise difficult to read. The ManyCode feature further enhances productivity by enabling the simultaneous capture of multiple barcodes, helping to accelerate workflows and reduce errors.
The robust aluminium housing with IP65/IP67 certification provides dependable protection against dust, moisture and harsh operating conditions. Through the Zebra Aurora platform, devices benefit from centralised setup, management and monitoring. Optional software licences for industrial machine vision applications allow the FS20 to evolve alongside changing business requirements, providing a future-ready foundation for automated data capture and process optimization.
