The Zebra DS8288-R is a high-performance cordless handheld scanner that combines 1D/2D barcode scanning with integrated RFID technology. This enables barcode and RFID data to be captured and linked intelligently in a single operation. It is therefore ideal for accurate inventory management, loss prevention and optimised retail processes. The integrated 2-megapixel sensor with PRZM intelligent imaging technology ensures fast, accurate and reliable data capture, even with damaged or difficult-to-read codes.
Thanks to Bluetooth 5.2, the DS8288-R offers maximum freedom of movement at the POS or in self-checkout areas with a range of up to 100 metres in Class 1 mode. Its innovative contactless inductive charging technology reduces wear and maintenance, as there are no charging pins to clean or replace. With a drop resistance of up to 3 metres onto concrete and IP52 protection, the scanner is ideal for continuous, intensive use in retail environments.
