Swissbit Cash Register Reporting (KaMel) is a user-friendly, browser-based application that has been specially developed to meet the requirements of the German Cash Register Security Regulation (Kassensicherungsverordnung). This vendor-independent solution enables error-free data entry through direct live validation with Swissbit TSE production data. The professional import function allows DSFinV-K and .XLS files to be imported to simplify data entry and create a virtually automatic, complete location report.
The output is in reportable Elster XML format, which may be forwarded directly to the tax authorities. The application supports collaboration between taxpayers, POS setup specialists, accounting departments and tax advisors, with control always remaining with the taxpayer. The multi-client function enables POS dealers to manage multiple clients, while the Pro version supports the management of multiple individuals and business locations. With highlighted mandatory fields, predefined drop-down values, format tests, and tooltips, Kassenmeldung (KaMel) offers an intuitive user interface that is supplemented by plausibility checks. Simple, transaction-based billing rounds out the offering.
