1 The promotion is valid from the 8th of May to the 30th of June 2025, only while supplies last. Participation in the promotion is limited to commercial resellers who are registered with Jarltech Europe GmbH (customers) and have their place of business in the EU, except Cyprus, Ireland and Malta. The promotion is aimed at the reseller (the reseller company) as such. It is the participant's responsibility to comply with all related company, tax and legal regulations when participating in the promotion. The promotion can only be used with single, complete orders at standard reseller pricing containing products from a single participating vendor worth at least EUR 5,000, 15,000, 30,000, 50,000, 100,000 or 250,000. Orders are not cumulative and may not be combined with other special offers. For consideration on project prices or special prices, please contact us at any time. All valid orders that are placed with Jarltech and invoiced within the promotion period and dispatched by the 31st of July 2025 will be taken into account with their net order value to determine the value of goods. Cancelled orders will not be considered as part of the promotion. The promotion may only be applied once per valid order. The number of bundles per company is limited to a maximum of five (except for Italy: The number of packages per company is limited to 1). The premiums are part of the purchase price of the respective product bundle. Shipping of the premiums occurs after complete dispatch of the order and only to the company address. When placing the order, customers must explicitly mention that they wish to make use of the Summer Boost Bundles. Jarltech reserves the right to cancel the promotion or change the conditions at any time without prior notice or reason.
2 Due to the market situation, it is possible that various premiums are not available at all or at reasonable conditions at the desired time. These products may therefore be subject to delays in shipment to the customer. If a premium is not available, the reseller will be informed and has the right to choose another premium from the same category.
