BarTender has notified us of an adjustment to the list prices. This is due to the changeover of the Perpetual & Subscription Licensing models. These changes will take effect on 1^st of July 2025.

Here is a breakdown of the relevant information of the Perpetual & Subscription Licensing Updates for you:

• BarTender is adopting the perpetual licenses to subscription-first models
• Maintenance & Support may still be sold for existing perpetual licenses
• All renewals and printer add-ons for perpetual licenses will be quoted as license conversions to subscription.
• Perpetual renewals will only be quoted upon specific request.
• The Flex Program (converting to a subscription license) is now open to all customers, including those on BarTender 2016 and older
• Customers using BarTender 2019 or older must convert to subscription to:
  • Add printer licenses
  • Upgrade editions
  • Renew maintenance
• Extended support for BarTender 2019 customers until 30^th of April 2026 with active subscription
• Without subscription: Must convert via Flex Program to qualify
