Description
The Ajax MotionProtect Outdoor Jeweller is specifically designed for reliable motion detection in outdoor environments. Two independent PIR sensors analyse thermal movement simultaneously and compare their signals in real time. This enables accurate detection of people while significantly reducing false alarms caused by animals, moving vegetation, precipitation or changing lighting conditions. The robust, weatherproof housing reliably protects the electronics against rain, dust, heat and frost.
Intelligent temperature compensation ensures dependable detection even at high outdoor temperatures. Wireless communication via the Jeweller protocol provides a stable, encrypted connection to the hub with fast alarm transmission. Installation is flexible on façades, fences or walls using the SmartBracket mounting system, while configuration and monitoring are conveniently handled via the Ajax app. With a battery life of up to five years, integrated tamper protection and automatic self-diagnostics, the MotionProtect Outdoor Jeweller offers a long service life and dependable outdoor security.
