If a device fails during the first three years after purchase, whatever the cause, we repair it or replace it with an equivalent device. Forms and time-consuming quotations are not required.

The Jarltech Full Cover Warranty is available for all products priced 150 euros and above. All wearing parts such as consumables or print heads, etc. are excluded from the warranty. However, all damage that was not caused by vandalism, fire or deliberate destruction, is covered by this warranty.
