 Our vendor Seagull Scientific has announced a list price increase for selected products. The new prices will be valid from the 1 st of January 2023 to the 30th of June 2023. Below we have summarised the available information for you. The price increase affects the following products:- Prices for Software licences, Maintenance and Professional Services will increase as follows as of the 1st of January 2023:
- Starter and Professional: +5%
- Automation and Enterprise: +15%
- Maintenance & Support contracts will be calculated at 20% of the licence value.
The following applies to you and your customers:- Starting the 1st of January 2023, the new list prices will apply to all your new orders.
- You will receive your current and new orders placed by the 31st of December 2022 at the old prices.
- Regarding your current projects, the agreed price will remain valid until the project's expiry date. If you have any questions, please contact your sales representative.
These further changes will also come into effect on the 1st of January 2023:- As of the 1st of January 2023, Enterprise Edition will start with 3 printers (rather than 2, previously).
- Starting the 1st of January 2023, multi-year Maintenance & Support contracts will have the following rebates:
- 10% on 3-year contracts
- 15% on 5-year contracts
- As of the 1st of January 2023, Premium Maintenance & Support add-on will be a flat fee for the application licence plus 10% of the printer licence value.
- The Version Update promotion will continue, but, beginning the 1st of January 2023, will require a minimum period of 3 years of maintenance and support (instead of currently 1 year).
- Important: the BTA-1, BTE-1 and BTE-2 will ONLY be available for sale to genuine ISV's as of the 1st of January 2023.
- New Professional Services for scoping and upgrade assessment services have been added.
