Vandal-proof: the printing mechanism DW-14 from Citizen

The direct thermal mountable printing mechanism DW-14 from Citizen convinces with its compact shape. But it is particularly its robust construction which pre-destines it for usage in self-service kiosks. During its development all types of vandalism were taken into consideration. Even if the housing around the printing mechanism is tampered with or blocked, the DW-14 remains unaffected and fully functional. Also, the printing mechanism operates in a wide temperature range between -15°C and +65°C.

A further plus for the DW-14 is its simple mounting, thanks to practical mounting points, as well as a RS232 and a mini USB port. The adjustable roll holder accommodates 2'' and 3'' paper rolls, which are inserted via drop-in. Thus, the DW-14 is ideal for your customers' kiosk applications – even in the most compact spaces!
